Secret behind Christian Success

Proverbs 16:3 Commit to the Lord whatever you do, and your plans will succeed.

In helping Christians achieve their goals, there’s one secret that always stands out.

They seek God first.

Their plans and goals are drawn up after seeking the Lord. They spend time in prayer and allow the Holy Spirit to guide them, sometimes without quite realizing what they are doing! And often, despite all this, one area they often falter in is persistent faith. Every so often, they need to be encouraged. 

We often need to be reminded that God has placed us here for a purpose, and He is going to see us through. Whether it is studying, our career, our family life, when He is foremost in our lives, He takes us through to the end.

Psalm 37:4 Delight yourself in the Lord and he will give you the desires of your heart.

Delighting yourself in the Lord comes first, not the desires of your heart. So, keep your focus, keep delighting in the Lord, and in due time, He will give you the desires of your heart.

Let Us Pray

Heavenly Father, give me the grace and strength to keep pushing on. Guide my heart and mind so that all I do will be according to your will. Give me the grace of persistent faith. May I never give up on praying, but remain persistent to the end. In Jesus’ mighty name I pray, Amen.
