Prayer- Set My Altar On Fire
Dear Jesus, the beautiful Rose of Sharon, thank You that You are here with me. Oh Lord, I praise Your holy name. I give thanks that You want to hear from, and listen, to me. You want to answer me and have a conversation right now.
I appreciate You, Lord Jesus. You are a friend that sticks closer than a brother. Oh what a friend I have in You!
1 Kings 18:30. Then Elijah said to all the people, “Come here to me.” They came to him, and he repaired the altar of the LORD, which had been torn down.
Ephesians 6:18. And pray in the Spirit on all occasions with all kinds of prayers and requests. With this in mind, be alert and always keep on praying for all the Lord’s people.
Lord, my fire is quenched. My altar is full of ashes. My prayer life is in heaps and ruins. Oh God, come and ignite my altar with fire. Let my altar burn with fire. Oh come and help repair my altar, dear Lord. Remove the ashes and give me new fire.

Psalm 141:1-2. O LORD, I call upon you; hasten to me! Give ear to my voice when I call to you! Let my prayer be counted as incense before you, and the lifting up of my hands as the evening sacrifice!
Let the fire from your altar touch my altar. Let the fire from your altar touch my body. Set me on fire for prayer. Set me on fire for worship. Set me on fire for meditation.
Lord, let me burn for You. Renew my zeal. Renew my passion for you. Ignite my spirit with fresh fire. Give me fresh oil to serve You.
Let my heart seek none else but You. For only You can truly satisfy the longing in my soul. Let all my desire be unto You. Repair the breaches in my walls. Restore my prayer altar. In the name of Jesus Christ, Amen.
Amos 9:11. The Lord says, “A day is coming when I will restore the kingdom of David, which is like a house fallen into ruins. I will repair its walls and restore it. I will rebuild it and make it as it was long ago.
