Prayer for a Full Life

Psalm 146: 2 &3  I will praise the Lord all my life; I will sing praise to my God as long as I live. Do not put your trust in princes, in human beings, who cannot save.

AD!

Our praise goes up to the Lord, from whom all blessings flow. Our trust is in the Lord, not in man.

Often, Christians are swayed by the eloquent words of men, and following men rather than Christ. But the Lord is our provider. And while we honor the angels God has placed in our lives, our eyes and focus must remain on Christ.

Hebrews 13:2 Don’t forget to show hospitality to strangers, for in doing so, some have entertained angels without knowing it.

Our help comes from the Lord. He is our provider, He sustains us. We look to Him for answers to our questions and for wisdom.

Psalm 146: 5  Blessed are those whose help is the God of Jacob, whose hope is in the Lord their God.

Do you feel like a foreigner where you are today? Do not fear, because the Lord watches over the foreigner and even sustains the fatherless and the widows! (Psalm 146: 9)

Let Us Pray

Oh Heavenly and merciful father, thank you for your blessings and mercy. Lord, you fill me up. You give me hope. Now I choose to live my life in expectation. You make the dreams and desires you have placed on my heart come to fruition.

Lord, I crave your Word. I will not fear because You watch over and sustain me. My help comes from you. What shall I say,  If God is for me, who can be against us?

Thank you, My God, that you are the same yesterday, today and forever.  I remember the things you’ve done for me. Even when I did not deserve it, you showed me mercy and grace.

I love you Lord. Help me to hunger and thirst after you and your Word daily. In Jesus name, Amen.
