God Will Fight Your Battle

Exodus 14:14  (NIV) The LORD will fight for you. You need only to be still.

Notice there was a condition. God will fight your battles, if you’ll stay at rest. Remaining at peace can sometimes be difficult. What’s causing you to be stressed? What is stealing your peace? Turn the peace-breakers over to God. Don’t let them pull you out of God’s rest.

Prayer:

Heavenly Father, I rest in your peace. I lay my troubles and burdens at Your feet, knowing You will honor Your word. And, whatever challenges I face today, I trust in You, Lord, with all my heart. I have the confidence to lean not on my own understanding. But in all my ways I will acknowledge You, for You will direct my path and fight my battles. In Jesus name I pray, Amen.
