Ever feel useless and alone?
Do you feel alone, neglected, useless, abandoned? There is that little voice of the enemy filling you with negative thoughts and emotions. The enemy seems to constantly remind you that you are not good enough.

How Do We Break Away?
1. Every day, meditate on the word of God and on His wonderful promises. Make prayer and worship a regular part of your daily routine. Choose some declarations and declare them every day!

Psalm 28:7 The LORD is my strength and my shield; my heart trusts in him, and he helps me. My heart leaps for joy, and with my song I praise him.
2. You are a valuable child of the Living God. Recognize your value in the sight of God. Every day, He will show you little signs of His love and care. Just keep your eyes open and give thanks to the Lord. It may come in various forms. A thank you call from someone you helped in the past. Or, an email of praise for a project you did.
The Lord is our help and shield. We can trust him to take us through. His voice will bring you peace.
Allow the Holy Spirit to fill you. Your God is by your side. He will never forsake you.
Psalm 23:4 Even though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil, for you are with me; your rod and your staff, they comfort me.
Today’s Prayer:
Dear Lord, My God, I feel alone, frustrated, and totally discouraged. Things have been hard and they don’t seem to be getting any better. Even at work, I feel inferior and not worthy.
Psalm 25:16 Turn to me and be gracious to me, for I am lonely and afflicted.
Heavenly Father, I will not fear or be dismayed, for you are my God. You will strengthen me and help me. Fill me with Your joy and peace that passes all understanding.
You gave Your son for me. What greater love is there? And so, I cast all my anxieties upon you, because I know you care. You heal the brokenhearted. And I know my heart is being mended.
Cover me in your loving arms. Take away this feeling of loneliness and bring back my smile and inner joy. For greater is He who is in me than he who is in the world. In Jesus’ mighty name I pray, Amen!
