Don’t Grow Weary, Don’t Give Up Now

Galatians 6:9 And let us not grow weary while doing good, for in due season we shall reap if we do not lose heart.

In today’s world, with so much happening around us, it’s easy to get discouraged and want to give up. You have been giving, but don’t seem to be reaping any benefits. You are disappointed and weary. 

But the Apostle tells us, do not grow weary in doing good. Now is not the time to give up. Keep pressing on, you will be rewarded in due season, probably when you least expect it!

Resist the temptation to quit and set your focus on the Lord. As the Word says, He will keep in perfect peace, those whose minds are stayed on Him.

Let Us Pray

Heavenly Father, I am growing weary, tired and frustrated. I’ve been giving, but not receiving. It seems that I’ve reached my limit. Oh Lord, Grant me grace to persevere and push on. Help me to not be discouraged. Strengthen me and give me peace and direction. In Jesus name I pray, Amen!
