Dear Lord Jesus, Let Me Be

Today’s poetry/prayer is by Geevetha Mary Samuel 

Dear Lord Jesus, let me humbly be                                                                                                         
Thy servant with a gift and ability                                                                                                                   
To write of Thy Greatness, Love and Mercy                                                                                               
To write lines of Praises for Thee eternally.

Dear Lord Jesus, let me wholeheartedly                                                                                                 
Give to Thee what Thou have bestowed blessedly                                                                         
Never to await the praises from a human soul                                                                                      
Only to love Thee more and more be my ultimate goal.

Dear Lord Jesus, let me Love Thee alone                                                                                                
The Father, Son and Holy Spirit Triune                                                                                                        
As I continue to write my Praises for no personal gain                                                                       
All Glory be to You O Lord in Your blessed name
