????♀️Prayer To Overcome Anger
Ecclesiastes 7:9 Do not be quickly provoked in your spirit, for anger resides in the lap of fools.
Feelings of anger, disappointment and hurt can grow and develop very quickly. Guard your heart. Don’t allow these feelings to fester and enter into your heart.
The Bible constantly warns us against allowing anger to develop and control us. Anger and fretting only leads to one thing: evildoing.
Psalm 37:8 Cease from anger and forsake wrath; Do not fret; it leads only to evildoing.
So it’s important to make that effort today to let go of that anger, bitterness and rage. Allow the Holy Spirit to fill your heart with the joy of the Lord and the peace of God.
Ephesians 4:26, TLB – If you are angry, don’t sin by nursing your grudge. Don’t let the sun go down with you still angry. Get over it quickly!
