Prayer To Rely On God For Strength
Are you tired and discouraged? Too tired to hold on, too tired to continue doing good. Too tired of waiting on God. All your strength seems to be gone.
You are going through things that only God knows how difficult it is for you.
Find physical, spiritual, emotional and mental strength in God and in the Lord Jesus as you pray this prayer.
1 Chronicles 16:11. Look to the LORD and his strength; seek his face always.
Let Us Pray
My Father and my God, I lift up my eyes to the hills. Where does my help, strength and vitality come from? My help comes from You, oh God, the creator of heaven and earth. Surely, my God, You are my salvation! I will trust and not be afraid. I will lean on You when my strength is faint.
Psalms 121:1-2. I lift up my eyes to the hills. From where does my help come?
Psalms 121:8. My help comes from the LORD, who made heaven and earth.
Psalms 73:26. My flesh and my heart may fail, but God is the strength of my heart and my portion forever.
The Lord is my strength and my song. He has become my salvation. And when my human strength fails me, I know that I can find strength in You, dear God. When my mind is drained, when I’m totally frustrated, when my heart is faint, You, oh God, are the strength of my life.
When I’m emotionally tired, weak and unable to say the right things or take the right actions, I can reach out and count on Your strength Lord, for Your strength is made perfect in weakness.
Come now Lord and save me. I feel tired, discouraged and just too weak to continue. Help me, oh Lord.Heavenly father, all my strength is gone. Carry me in Your loving arms, dear Lord. In the most gracious name of Jesus Christ I pray, Amen.
2 Corinthians 2:9. And He said to me, “My grace is sufficient for you, for My strength is made perfect in weakness.” Therefore most gladly I will rather boast in my infirmities, that the power of Christ may rest upon me.
Isaiah 12:2. Surely God is my salvation; I will trust and not be afraid. The LORD, the LORD himself, is my strength and my defense; he has become my salvation.
