Philippians 4:6,7 Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.
Are you feeling stressed, bothered, anxious, worried? We all, at some time or the other, find ourselves anxious about circumstances, loved ones and the future. Don’t allow yourself to be anxious. Instead, go to the Lord, in prayer and thanksgiving!
The Bible teaches that as children of God, we can walk in God’s peace. Jesus Himself is our Peace. Instead of worrying, we can choose to abide in God’s wonderful peace. We have a choice. The enemy comes to steal your joy. He will create circumstances to steal your joy. He will send people to take away your peace. But stand firm in the Lord.
John 10:10 The thief comes only to steal, slaughter, and destroy. I have come that they might have life, and have it abundantly!
Peter the apostle wrote, “Cast the whole of your care (all your anxieties, all your worries, all your concerns, once and for all) on Him; for He cares for you affectionately, and cares about you watchfully.”
Today, release your burdens to the Lord and allow Him to take you through this journey.
