Morning Prayer For A Pure Heart

Abba Father, I give You thanks and praise for this new day You have blessed me with. Thank You for waking me up today, and giving me the gift of life. It is because  of Your wonderful grace that I woke up this morning.

Psalms 19:14. Let the words of my mouth and the meditation of my heart be acceptable in Your sight, O Lord, my rock and my Redeemer.

So Lord, I pray that your presence abides with me as I abide in Your presence today. Let the words of my mouth and the meditation of my heart be pleasing and acceptable to You, O Lord, my Rock. Let my mind be fixed on heavenly things.

Psalms 139:23-24. Search me, O God, and know my heart! Try me and know my thoughts! And see if there is any wicked or hurtful way in me, and lead me in the way everlasting.

Oh Lord, search me and know my heart. Search my intentions, and see if they are sponsored by selfishness, pride or competition against others. Try me and know my thoughts O God. See if there is any wickedness in me. Seek out any selfish ambitions and evil desires in my heart. Reveal if there is any pride in me.

1 Corinthians 2:10. The Spirit searches all things, even the deep things of God.

Search me entirely and remove everything that is not of You. Cleanse my spirit, soul and body. There is nothing hidden from You. I’m all naked and bare before you. Search me of any secret sin, and empower me to forsake it today.

Hebrews 4:13. And not a creature exists that is concealed from His sight, but all things are open and exposed, naked and defenseless to the eyes of Him with Whom we have to do.

Help me to walk  in Your ways today. Let me bear fruit that is befitting repentance. Let your presence go with me wherever I will go today. Bless me, bless my family and give us your peace. In the mighty and wonderful name of Jesus Christ I pray, Amen.
