At work, at home, at school, we face negative and angry people. They may speak badly and untruths about you, behind your back, or sometimes even to your face.

But we are reminded that we wrestle not with flesh and blood, but against powers and principalities. And the enemy is powerless against you because you have God’s protection.

Trust in the Lord. Hold your peace. Remain under the wings of the Lord.

Let Us Pray

Oh mighty and heavenly Father, I face daily such anger and bitterness. Despite it all, may I rise above and remain in your peace.

Continue to cover my family and I and may we shower your love upon others.

Give me the grace and strength to not worry or be afraid but to stand strong in your word. In Jesus name I pray, Amen.
