John 8:44 “…He was a murderer from the beginning, not holding to the truth, for there is no truth in him. When he lies, he speaks his native language, for he is a liar and the father of lies.”

The devil is a liar! Full of schemes and tricks, he will attempt to defeat God’s people. He will try to discourage you from believing, try to lead you into sin. 

His agenda is to kill and destroy us and to ruin our relationship with God. Thus he prowls around like a roaring lion seeking who he may devour.

Instead, fill yourself with the armor of God and the Word of the Lord. Even Christ cited scriptures when responding to the attempts of satan. Resist the devil and he will flee from you!
