Anything is possible for those who believe

Mark 9:23 “‘If you can’?” said Jesus. “Everything is possible for one who believes.”

Nothing is impossible for the child of God. The Bible has demonstrated to us the great things God can do. 

Some time ago, Fifi, a university student, was simply frustrated with the four walls of her simple dorm room at the university. She wanted a break, somewhere different, somewhere “nice”. She prayed about it and left it to the Lord. 

A day later, there was a massive bush fire in the neighborhood. It became so bad a that at about 2 am they had to evacuate all the students. 

Fifi was transported from her dorm to a local hotel! She was able to stay at the hotel, in lavish accommodation, for three wonderful nights! 

God will move people and mountains (and in this case, fires) to answer your prayers! We serve a great and wonderful God!

Daniel 11:32 but the people who know their God shall be strong and do great exploits.

Prayer

Heavenly Father, Lord, I know that you are with me, every step of the way. Yet, I still lose faith, I become filled with doubt, fear and despair. Faith casts out fear, while fear casts out faith.

Help me to truly place my trust in You. I will hold on to Your promises in Your word. Keep me and bless me. Give me the wisdom to know and understand Your will for my life. In Jesus name I pray, Amen.

Mark 11:23 Truly I say to you, whoever says to this mountain, ‘Be taken up and cast into the sea,’ and does not doubt in his heart, but believes that what he says is going to happen, it will be granted him.
