Isaiah 40:29 “He gives strength to the weary and increases the power of the weak.”

We all grow weary at some time or another. You may be physically exhausted or feeling discouraged and feeling as though this is little fight left in you. You have prayed and believed, but little has changed.

This is when we can rely on the Lord for renewed strength. He gives strength to the weary and power to the weak. Now is the time to draw on God’s strength. He gives the strength to move forward, to overcome, to succeed. You will “run and not be weary, walk and not faint” (Isaiah 40:31).

You may be feeling weak today. Worn down, frustrated, exhausted by everything that’s happening – work, home, unrest, uncertainty, the pandemic. Go to the Lord. He gives us strength. He refreshes us. Drink and be rejuvenated!

Hebrews 4:16 “Let us then approach God’s throne of grace with confidence, so that we may receive mercy and find grace to help us in our time of need.”
