Prayer for toxic people in your life

Luke 6:27-28 “But to you who are listening I say: Love your enemies, do good to those who hate you, bless those who curse you, pray for those who mistreat you.”

Are you allowing toxic people into your life daily? Do you choose to spend your time with those who add only negativity and depression to your day? Choose your friends wisely, and choose those who will uplift you. Allow the Holy Spirit to direct you to the right friends. 

Honor your family, your spouse, your children and your parents; keep them in daily prayer. Bless them each and every day.

Examine yourself today. Are you dealing with toxic people every day? Are you uplifting and blessing them? Or are you yourself toxic to both yourself and others?

Proverbs 13:20 Walk with the wise and become wise, for a companion of fools suffers harm.

Prayer:

Heavenly Father, there are people I’ve brought into my life that are not of you. Bless me with the spiritual gift of discernment to know and understand those who take me away from you. Fill me with love for my enemies. I pray for those who mistreated and abused me, as I turn to you for my upliftment, healing and release. In Jesus name, Amen!
