???? Resting in the Lord

Hebrews 4:11 (AMP) Let us therefore make every effort to enter that rest [of God, to know and experience it for ourselves], so that no one will fall by following the same example of disobedience [as those who died in the wilderness].

Yes, the world loves to steal our peace and our rest. So take time to enter into God’s rest. And get away from the negativity that tries to surround us daily. 

Be careful what you listen and read every day. Having poor conversations will take you away from God’s peace. Our battles are spiritual battles. So choose to be still and know that   greater is He who is in you, than he that is in the world!  When you choose to believe in Him, you will enter into His rest.

 2 Chronicles 20:15 And he said, “Listen, all you of Judah and you inhabitants of Jerusalem, and you, King Jehoshaphat! Thus says the Lord to you: ‘Do not be afraid nor dismayed because of this great multitude, for the battle is not yours, but God’s. 

Prayer:  Abba Father, I humbly come to You, seeking your rest and peace. I choose to be still before You. I cast all my cares on You. Speak to me Lord, that I will know You and Your will for me. Fill me with Your peace as I put my trust in You, in Jesus’ name I pray. Amen.
