You can trust God!
Ephesians 6:10-12 Finally, be strong in the Lord and in the strength of his might. Put on the whole armor of God, that you may be able to stand against the schemes of the devil. For we do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the cosmic powers over this present darkness, against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly places.
I hear and read testimonies every day of the wonderful blessings of God in the lives of Christians. One Christian wrote recently that she had missed a semester last year, and feared that she would not be able to graduate this year with the rest of her classmates.
However, this week she receive the news that she would be graduating this year alongside her classmates! She did nothing! God was busy working on her behalf even when she don’t know it!
God works for us even when the situation seems impossible. What do we have to do? Trust Him at His Word, and continue to do the Work of the Father! Keep your eyes on Jesus. Do the will of God. And study the Word so that you will know what He wants you to do.
So when faced with a problem, is your first thought “How do I fix this?” or “Lord, I need Your help”? The enemy loves it when we choose to trust in ourselves and not our Lord.
Some Christians try to earn their blessings. They do “Good Things” so that they may be blessed. Then they become angry with the Lord when they don’t receive blessings. But their heart is not for the things of the Lord.
Matthew 6:21 For where your treasure is, there your heart will be also.
Let’s pray: Prayer: Trusting GOD For His Blessings
Declaration: I take captive of every negative thought that keeps me from receiving and fully tapping into what God has in store for me. I am a child of God.
