Proverbs 18:21 Death and life are in the power of the tongue, and those who love it will eat its fruit.
One of the smaller organs we have, the tongue is very powerful. It can easily build up others and just as easily destroy lives. It’s important to keep it under control. Words once spoken, cannot be taken back.
Every day, speak positive words to yourself and to your family. Do not allow negative words to flow out of your lips. Keep your words clean and pure. As you bless others, you will be blessing yourself.
Speak words of enlightenment and joy to others. Bless them and praise God with your lips rather than curse. And watch God’s blessings flow into your life!
1 Peter 3:10 For Whoever desires to love life and see good days, let him keep his tongue from evil and his lips from speaking deceit.
