????Prayers For Overcoming Difficult Times and Situations
Psalm 71:20 You, who have shown me great and severe troubles, shall revive me again, and bring me up again from the depths of the earth.
We all face difficult seasons and setbacks in our lives. We go through losses and disappointments. And in these times it’s easy to allow ourselves to lose faith and become disappointed in ourselves and even in God.
Why do these things happen? We do not always know. We do not always understand.
But our God is also a God of restoration. David in the above verse, despite what he was experiencing, expected that he will be fully restored. And even restored to greater things.
Just as David did, when you are in the tough season, remind yourself that this is not the end of the story. There is so much more to come.
Keep your eyes on the Lord. Trust in His word. Praise His name. Grow your faith.
And remember: Greater is He that is in you, than he that is in the world.
