Joshua 9:14 The Israelites sampled their provisions but did not inquire of the Lord.
The Israelites rushed into a decision without consulting with the Lord. It will have adverse repercussions upon them for years.
Whatever situation you are facing, inquire of the Lord. We may see in part only, but the Lord can see the entirety. Others may be deceptive, but the Holy Spirit will reveal all, if you take time to consult the Lord.
You will not make the best decisions if you don’t spend time consulting with God. He will protect you from the wrong people, He will open doors for you, He will lead the right people to you.
James 1:5 If any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask God, who gives generously to all without reproach, and it will be given him.
