Amy arrived home from a trip in the wee hours of the morning. Suddenly, there was a great disturbance, the loud disruptive howling and wailing of dogs. And her family had no dogs of their own. It was very disconcerting. 

Immediately, negative thoughts filled her mind about the possible meaning of this. She messaged me disturbed, and extremely worried. 

Proverbs 3:5-6 Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and do not lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make straight your paths. 

I reminded her that she’s filled with the Holy Spirit. She is a child of God. Just pray it out and command them to be quiet, in the name of Jesus. This is the time to exercise your faith, either loudly or quietly.

Romans 8:31 What then shall we say to these things? If God is for us, who can be against us?

She prayed. Almost immediately, the dogs were gone. Quiet and peace had returned. 

Luke 1:37 For nothing will be impossible with God.”

Prayer: I Can Do All Things Through Christ Who Strengthens Me 

Yes, the enemy will cloud your mind with negativity and doubt. You will try to reason things out, instead of trusting in the Lord, and trusting in His Word.

Remember, sometimes we do not have to know the cause of the things that happen. We just have to trust in the Power of God to move on our behalf!
