Praying To Claim Your Joy
Galatians 5:22-23 ESV /But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, self-control; against such things there is no law.
It’s easy to allow yourself to get upset and lose your joy and peace. We even find ways to justify getting angry and frustrated with ourselves or with others.
John 16:22 “So with you: Now is your time of grief, but I will see you again and you will rejoice, and no one will take away your joy.”
God has blessed you with joy and peace. Don’t give it away. Don’t allow the enemy to steal your joy. What is taking away your joy and peace? Have you released that situation to the Lord? Just as the apostle Paul said: Rejoice in the Lord always. And again I will say, rejoice!” (Philippians 4:4).
