Luke 23:34 “Father, forgive them, for they know not what they do.”
As we celebrate this Easter season, and reflect on the death, burial and resurrection of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, let us remember how he forgave. Let us forgive those who have offended us in any way. Forgive them, because they truly do not know what they are doing.
The hurt and pain from the past lingers in our hearts and prevents us from truly worshiping, receiving and enjoying all the blessings of God and the joy of the Lord. What hurt and anger have you been keeping in your heart? How has it destroyed your inner peace?
