What is in your backpack? What are you lugging around everywhere that’s weighing you down? Are you toting a bag of guilt, bags of regret, and more bags of hatred and anger? Are you still seeking revenge for past hurts?
It’s no wonder that so many of us struggle daily to reflect the love of Christ in our lives. The weight of all these bags slow us down, frustrate us and tire us out. We are unable to move forward and accomplish our dreams and aspirations.
We were not created to live a life of guilt, condemnation and shame. Hebrews 12:1 tells us Let us also therefore, having so great a cloud of witnesses surrounding us, laying aside every weight, and sin which so easily entangles us, run with endurance the race that lies before us.
It is time to lay aside those weights of guilt, shame, regret and unforgiveness. It’s time to get rid of the baggage and lighten your backpack. You are redeemed. You are restored. Shake off the guilt and the accusing voices and receive the gift of righteousness in Christ Jesus and rest for your soul.

So take time and claim it all in your life today: Prayers To Let Go and Let God
