Psalm 46:1 God is our refuge and strength, an ever-present help in trouble.

Yes, it’s probably been a tough and tiring week. You feel drained and stressed. But the peace of God, transcends all of this.

God’s peace envelops you as you remind yourself of His love for you. In prayer, you have a refuge. Your burdens and worries are lifted. You can feel His calm and peace fall upon you.

As we pray, let us recommit ourselves to the Lord. Rest assured that our God is always with us and the battle has already been won!

2 Thessalonians 3:16 Now may the Lord of peace himself give you peace at all times in every way.

The apostle Paul tells us, “Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God” (Philippians 4:6). He didn’t just say, “Hey, don’t be anxious.” He also told us what we should do instead. He told us to pray.
