I’m making too many mistakes!
Isaiah 41:13 For I am the Lord your God who takes hold of your right hand and says to you, Do not fear; I will help you.
I have made my fair share of mistakes and I still do. The errors we make can be at work, at home, in judging people, or even in making financial decisions. But a common thread in our biggest mistakes is that we choose to lean on our own understanding. We do not take the situation to the Lord before making a decision.
Proverbs 3:5-6 Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways submit to him, and he will make your paths straight.
We have someone better to trust than ourselves: God. Now, we can go to the Lord in prayer and tap in on His wisdom for our direction. I have learnt that my God knows what’s best for me and His plans for me are greater than I can imagine, if I would listen to Him and obey His voice!
So let’s pray: Prayers for Divine Wisdom, Understanding and Guidance
