⌚Making the best use of your time

Ephesians 5:16 (AMP) making the very most of your time [on earth, recognizing and taking advantage of each opportunity and using it with wisdom and diligence], because the days are [filled with] evil.

AD!

Our time is valuable. Even more so as a child of God in these evil days. The Lord will allow many great opportunities to come your way. When your heart is after the things of God, you will be ready to grasp these many opportunities.

Wherever you are, God will give you favor with others. People you know, and don’t even know, will bless you. At work, in the neighborhood, wherever you go, listen to the voice of the Holy Spirit, and you will know when to go, and when to stay.

Keep your eyes open for opportunities and give thanks to the Lord always. Your barns will never be empty. Avoid wasting time, doing activities that do not benefit yourself or anyone else. And, pray for discernment that you will recognize every opportunity and have the wisdom to act timely.

Proverbs 10:4 Lazy hands make for poverty, but diligent hands bring wealth.

Let Us Pray

Dear Lord, thank You for the time You have blessed me with. May I welcome each day with thanksgiving and use each moment wisely.

Lord, I pray for discernment that I may be open to the many opportunities You send my way. Grant me the grace to make the best use of these opportunities and use them all to Your glory.

Oh Lord, my God, help me find ways to manage my time better. May I always give time to communion with You and studying Your Word. Keep me focused and help me stay on track with my goals.

Lord, show me how I can make the most of every moment. I pray that I will do everything to bring honor and glory to Your name. In Jesus’ name, I pray, Amen.

Proverbs 27:1 Do not boast about tomorrow, for you do not know what a day may bring.

Proverbs 6:9 How long will you lie there, you sluggard? When will you get up from your sleep?
